Ms. Womack has over 20 years experience providing accounting, auditing and financial reporting to entities in a broad range of industries, not-for-profit organizations and the federal government.  Her tenure with the federal government included 9 years with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and 8 years with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).  As a Senior Auditor for the federal government, Ms. Womack performed compliance, performance and financial audits of government contractors; provided advisory services; reviewed and evaluated financial reports and accounting practices; and developed accounting policies and procedures.  At DCAA, Ms. Womack audited major government contractors, including ARINC, Inc., the National Academy of Sciences, the Smithsonian Institution and Hughes Information Technology Corporation and achieved millions of dollars cost savings to the federal government. 

In addition, she has performed extensive work in the areas of bookkeeping, financial accounting and reporting for manufacturing, construction, not-for-profit and service companies in the private sector. During her professional career, Ms. Womack has gained extensive knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, FAR, CAS, OMB Circulars and requirements of the CFO Act.   

Since founding RMW Associates, Ms. Womack has worked with entrepreneurs from the business start-up stage to the growth stage, assisting with regulatory filings and certifications and strategic planning and budgeting.
